Our Philosophy

The idea for Israel Interactive was born after I spent four years as an emissary to the city of Minneapolis assigned the mission of teaching about Israel to both the Jewish and secular communities of that city. This experience was preceded by more than fifteen years of guiding Americans throughout Israel.

Both experiences indicated in Americans a healthy thirst for knowledge about my homeland, but also a disappointing and profound lack of inspirational programming to provide that knowledge. I found myself particularly concerned about this absence of knowledge where it affected youth and pre-teens. In answer to that, I determined to create an educational program that would send Israel directly and vibrantly into classrooms and schools and with a team of leading educators supporting my mission, created Israel Interactive.
